With over ten years in the health and fitness world, Alaina is passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals in a supportive and encouraging environment. Holding a Master's in Exercise Physiology, she is also currently diving into research on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and exercise choice, aiming to uncover effective strategies for improving health outcomes.
As a mum of three and a fan of strength training, she knows first-hand how to balance family life with staying active and healthy. This personal experience fuels her dedication to making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Her work in aged care and the local community has provided valuable insights into the diverse needs of clients, allowing her to tailor approaches that truly resonate.Alaina believes that fitness is about more than just physical strength; it's also about building mental resilience and enhancing overall well-being. Through 1:1 training and engaging group classes, she strives to create a motivating atmosphere where individuals feel empowered to embark on their health journeys and achieve lasting results.
Alaina is passionate about improving individual's health and wellbeing and enjoys working with a range of clients to build strength and resilience for returning to work or sport, before or after surgery rehabilitation or capacity building for daily activities. Alaina has had a wide range of experience with managing exercise rehabilitation for patients with sporting injuries, cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, diabetes, aging and mental health. Alaina is available to work with clients funded by NDIS, worker's compensation, DVA and Medicare, as well as private patients.
